Common name:Blue Atlas Cedar
Botanical name:Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca'

As a large, slow-growing conifer, this tree requires ample room for growth. Its needles are 1" long, and its foliage is a beautiful shade of silvery blue. In order to develop its best color, the tree needs to be exposed to full sun. It can reach 60' tall. 'Glauca' has silvery blue needles.

This Ophiopogon japonicus is a grass-like plant growing to about 6-8' high. Its leaves are 1/8" wide, and about 8-12" long. It makes a beautiful ground cover or accent plant, and does well in oriental gardens.

This variety of pine is both rigid and twisted, with needles of 3-4". It has an irregular shape, and the short, contorted branches produce a canopy shaped tree. The buds are white, and the cones are egg-shaped and without prickles.
